Homebuying Process

Before your home closes, you will have a final walk-through with your Orientation Specialist, who will walk through your home with you and review any issues you may have and discuss the warranty policies and procedures.

After you move into your home, you will have a Customer Service Representative to answer any remaining questions or warranty issues.
